• Aadhaar Card- Xerox copy.
• Original Leaving Certificate from the previous school.
• Bank Details of Child.
• Caste Certificate (If Applicable)
• SSSM ID/ Samgra ID
• PEN (Permanent Education Number) & APAAR ID.
