ADMISSION PROCESS:
- Filling the online Application Form.
- Paying of Form Fees and submitting the form online.
- Online/Offline orientation of parents.
- Informal interaction with the ward.
- Document Submission / verification.
- Confirmation of the admission from school.
- Confirmation of the admission by parents by paying prescribed admission fees.
- Submission of all the original documents.
- Filling transport form/ special subject form/ food facility.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:
Following documents need to be submitted in the school: –
- Printout of duly filled ADMISSION FORM.
- Birth Certificate – Original and Xerox.
- Photocopy of Scholastic Record / Transcript of the results for last three years (if applicable).
- Photograph of the student -2 copies.
- Aadhaar Card- Xerox copy.
- Original Leaving Certificate from the previous school.
- Bank Details of Child / Parents.
- Caste Certificate (If Applicable)
- SSSM ID/ Samgra ID
